We’re happy to offer our clients easy and flexible payment plans on select* vacation packages. We understand it’s often hard to part for a trip in full at time of booking (especially when booking well in advance), so we offer this to our clients at no additional cost and totally interest-free!
Many bookings can be secured with just a $100/pp deposit on the entire package, and the balance due approximately 45 days prior to travel.
How does this work?
**After we’ve discussed the details of the trip you wish to book and your provide us with the traveler’s details, we put the booking on a courtesy hold and email you an invoice. The invoice will outline all details of the trip (dates, destination, air and hotel details, etc.) and will include deposit information, travel insurance information, cancellation policies and final payment date.
**Once the invoice is accepted, you may then submit your deposit (as outlined in your invoice) on our secure online card authorization form. We process the deposit with the tour operator and confirm the booking.
**You may then make payments at your convenience in between the time of deposit and final payment (using the same online card authorization form).
**Once final payment is made and the booking is paid in full, the tour operator sends us your trip documents, which we review and package for you with destination details, FAQ’s and always a little “something extra” for you! These are typically sent out 2-3 weeks prior to your departure date.
PLEASE NOTE: Some airlines or certain fares will require payment of the air portion in full at time of booking. If air and land are booked separately, airfare will typically be required to be paid in full when it is added. Booking early and booking a complete package is often your best bet, and low initial deposits are often available when booking a package that includes air on certain carriers.
