Q) If I book as part of the group, am I obligated to any group activities or functions?
A) Absolutely not! You are simply taking advantage of the low group rates and bonus amenities we have secured for this cruise, but aren't required to attend or participate in any functions they may hold. This is YOUR vacation and you can do as much or as little as you wish onboard!Q)What is the benefit of this fundraiser cruise?
A) We have contracted with Carnival Cruise Lines for this group space, and they have agreed to make a donation to the St. Mary's Nursing Center Foundation for each cabin that books and sails in this group. It is a wonderful way for this very important non-profit organization to raise much needed funds to help the residents of the nursing center.Q)Can I just book this on my own with Carnival?
A) You will not be able to secure the special group rate, amenities or reduced deposit and payment plan booking directly with Carnival. Also the St. Mary's Nursing Center Foundation will only receive the special donation for cabins who book and sail thru this group.Q)Will I need a passport to go on this cruise?
A) Yes. Beginning June 1, 2009, the Department of Homeland security will be implementing the final phase of the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative. A) An initial deposit of $250/pp is due immediately upon booking. Your final statement balance is due no later than 10/31/09. You can make payments with your credit or debit card (which will be charged directly by Carnival Cruise Lines), or by check payable to Four Seasons Travel LLC. Q)What does my cruise price include?
A) Your cruise fare includes your shipboard accommodations in the category you book, ocean transportation to the ports of call, taxes and port charges, most activities and entertainment onboard, most meals and snacks onboard (in the main dining room, buffet, pizza location and room service. Tea, coffee, lemonade, water and some juices are included).Your cruise fare for this group also includes a $100 per cabin onboard credit and a one hour open bar cocktail party (scheduled at Carnival's discretion, time and place will be announced prior to your cruise).
Your cruise fare does not include things such as (but not limited to): spa treatments, casino play, gratuities, sodas and alcoholic beverages, dining at the optional supper club restaurant, transfers to/from the port, shore excursions, travel insurance.
